We collect information from our users when they complete the registration form required for online bidding.

Registration

During registration a user is required to give their contact information. This information is used to communicate with the user regarding their account and to provide requested services. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We request financial information to be used for payment of registration purposes only. If you no longer wish to be a registered member of SheriffSale.com and choose to terminate your membership, you may go to the "My Account" page and request that we terminate your membership. If a user discovers errors or a user's personally identifiable information changes, the user may go to the "My Account" page and update the membership record. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
